Let’s talk! I’ll show you a draft version to discuss, andd we can register your url.
You can suggest any edits and I’ll make them happen.
I’ll send the final version for approval.
Once you’re happy, and final payment is received, I will publish and transfer the account to you. (NB if you choose the instalments option I will publish after the final payment.)

Not sure what to say? I write about therapy every day so I can write/edit your words to bring you and your work to life.
3-8 pages, eg, other services, or a blog page for you to update.
Stock photos or your own, up to 2 images per page, plus optional header image.
Set up a dedicated email address (optional, with a higher additional hosting fee and mail extra charge from Squarespace -see below).
Add a map to your contact page (see below).
Submit site to search engines like Google, Bing and Yahoo.
Standard search engine optimisation - to increase chance of showing in search in your local area.

I’ll design a simple logo and favicon (which appears in the top tab) in black or with your colour scheme, eg your name or initials, lotus flower, star, tree, hand, mountain, sun, yogi etc. A square and a landscape version with white and transparent backgrounds. I’ll send a selection for you to choose from.
x10 professional images to use for social media: 2 each of instagram post and story, X, facebook, pinterest.
I also have a bank of inspiring quotes to add to the end of your pages if wanted.

⚠ Additional costs.
Heads up! My fee is to create your website, not to host it. I use Squarespace as it is low price and high quality and easy for you to update afterwards.
You’ll need a subscription to Squarespace for £12-£16 per month, a little more if you want the email too.
Squarespace charges £16 for your URL, which lasts 2 years.
Optional: If you want an optional email account, it is hosted directly through Squarespace with gmail with the same ending as your website (Gold and Platinum).
Optional: Acuity Scheduling, so clients can book in with you (Platinum only).

What Do You Need to Do?
We will discuss all this on the call, but let’s get ready first. To build your website, I will email a form where you can fill all this in online, and help you at any stage. I’ll need you to:
Choose your url. This is your website name, which we can register through Squarespace for £16 (for 2 years with automatic renewal).
Decide a rough colour palette, eg blues, neutrals, pastels, monochrome (I will send palette suggestions).
Words matter! Send your text for each page (eg home; about me; services; credentials; contact). I offer a light edit (optional) to make your words pop, and take your client on a journey to know you are right for them. I can also use text from your directory listing.
Send optional photos from you such as of yourself or your consulting room. I can use stock photos such as landscapes, flowers, cups of coffee, etc, or you can send me yours.
Font style - I’ll make suggestions if you aren’t sure what to choose.
A favourite quote or testimonial if wanted.
Your location if required.
Your qualifications if required.
Your governing body if required.
