My Potted History:

  • I use my 16 years experience of working as a counsellor and psychotherapist with a range of clients in my coaching work. I have a Prof. Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and an MSc in Contemporary Gestalt Psychotherapy (humanistic). I also trained to work with couples and teens.

  • 12 years running a creative business as a silversmith.

  • 2 years mentoring small creative business owners.

  • 5 years writing courses, therapeutic workbooks and personal growth tools for you to thrive in your life.

  • 18 years as a mother, my greatest challenge!

    What I love most is helping women become happier in themselves and their lives.

Is it time to shine?

Coaching that is affordable and flexible to your needs.

I recommend booking a series of coaching sessions for best results, monthly or bi-weekly, for as long as it helps you. Choose a single session, a limited period with a clear end, or keep it open ended.

  • One-off 60 minute session including values and life audit workbooks: £110.

  • Ongoing coaching with two or more 60 minute sessions £98 per session. Includes values and life audit workbooks and full archive of therapeutic worksheets for deeper exploration.

  • Book a single session, or a block of 3 or 6 sessions.

How to get started:

Once you’ve booked, I’ll be in touch to schedule a time (generally 9.30am-2pm Monday to Friday) . I’ll send the first workbook to clarify our work. We will work on Zoom/phone/other for 60 minutes.

Perhaps you want a better life, a greater sense of well-being, confidence and clarity. Perhaps you’re starting again, or your circumstances have changed, or you face a new challenge, like illness, life after loss, peri-menopause or parenting. Maybe it’s time to let go of perfectionism, or holding on to too much stuff, or your inner critic chattering away. Maybe it’s something else that is holding you back, or you have exciting plans you want to make happen.

Unlike my psychotherapy work, we will spend little time processing your past, and more on looking at how you are now, so you can create your future. I work holistically, so we will hold in mind your whole being: mind, body, spirit and what is around you in your life.

This may mean exploring your attitude towards yourself, your limiting beliefs, blocks, or negative thoughts. Perhaps learned unhelpful behaviour holds you back, or stories from the past that have become blocks to your future. Maybe you need support and tools while you make some changes or develop a new plan. Perhaps I can help you find and fill in the gaps, so you can reach your potential.

I will share the simple tools to take care of your mental health and well-being that I use in my own life, so you are resilient and able to make choices that are fully aligned with who you are. We might look at your strengths and values, and uncover your hearts desire for yourself, and find the steps that take you there.
